1. GENERAL LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

OFELIMUS\u2019 makes every possible effort for the correct presentation, distribution, and delivery of its products. Nevertheless, the company’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the products sold or their replacement, provided an actual defect is identified. The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages that may arise from the use of the products or the inability to use them, nor for loss of profits or other professional damages. <\/p>\n\n

2. PRODUCTS & ALLERGENS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    <\/ol>\n\n

    All products are accompanied by the mandated indications regarding ingredients and potential allergens. ‘OFELIMUS’ bears no responsibility for any allergic reactions or side effects resulting from the consumption of the products, provided that the relevant information has been made available to the customer. The responsibility for selection and consumption rests solely with the consumer. In the case of products sourced from third-party producers or suppliers, the liability for any defects rests with the manufacturer, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided by the current legislation.<\/p>\n\n

    3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    The customer retains the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt, in accordance with Law 2251\/1994, provided that the product remains in its original condition, has not been used or unsealed, and is accompanied by the proof of purchase.The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, personalized items, or those which, by their nature, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n\n

    4. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \u2018OFELIMUS\u2019 is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, armed conflicts, terrorist acts, cyber-attacks, pandemics, transportation service interruptions, strikes, or government prohibitions. In such cases, the performance of the contract is considered legally suspended without any right to compensation for the customer. <\/p>\n\n

    5. TRANSACTION SECURITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    The company takes all appropriate security measures to protect transactions. However, it bears no responsibility for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of the customer’s banking details, provided that such use is not due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the company. <\/p>\n\n
