1. Place and time of delivery
Our company partners with the courier company BOX NOW.

Orders for product deliveries within the Greek territory are accepted. Orders are processed within an eight-hour working window (9:00 am – 5:00 pm), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holiday periods, and public holidays. Delivery schedules for each shipment are determined unilaterally by the partner courier company. Delivery time, depending on product quantity, availability, and delivery location, is approximately 1-4 working days.

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, etc., delivery times may be extended without the Company being liable for any customer compensation. In such cases, OFELIMUS will notify the customer through any appropriate means.

2. Delivery Costs
Following the sale, products are dispatched to the address and recipient specified by the customer during the submission of the order, which has been accepted by OFELIMUS.

3. Delivery Method
Sold products are delivered to the location chosen by the customer prior to the completion of the order and the conclusion of the sales contract, in accordance with the relevant delivery options provided on the OFELIMUS online store website. Delivery to the customer’s chosen location is carried out by OFELIMUS’s partner courier companies and is made either directly to the customer or to a third party authorized by them. Upon delivery of the sold products to the customer or their authorized representative, the risk of loss, damage, or destruction is transferred from OFELIMUS to the customer/buyer. The customer must inspect the purchased products upon receipt and state in writing that they have been properly received. In the event of non-receipt of the products by the customer, OFELIMUS reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

4. Retention of Title
Ownership of the sold and delivered products remains with OFELIMUS until the full and final settlement of the total price by the customer.
