By supporting E-commerce, ‘OFELIMUS’ provides you with comprehensive product descriptions, allowing you to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with our products quickly and easily from your computer screen. Due to the nature of online shopping, it is common for the final recipient’s expectations not to be met due to the lack of physical contact with the item. However, aiming to further support our customers and highlight the benefits of online shopping, in the event of a request for a replacement due to product damage upon receipt, ‘OFELIMUS’ shall bear the return shipping costs. For any other reason involving customer liability, the customer shall bear the shipping/return cost of €5 per shipment. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation, once it has been registered in the system of the online store www.ofelimus.gr , can only be carried out under specific and very strict conditions:

Α) The user may cancel their order within 1 hour of its registration in the online store’s system at www.ofelimus.gr either by telephone at 6932411333 or via e-mail at info@ofelimus.gr

Β) In the even that the user wishes to cancel their order after the lapse of the 1 hour mentioned above, they must contact us by telephone or e-mail using the contact details provided

In the event that the items in the order the user has chosen to cancel were in stock and have already been dispatched for shipping, ‘OFELIMUS’ bears no responsibility and cannot proceed with the cancellation of the order.
