6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation, once it has been registered in the system of the online store www.ofelimus.gr, can only be carried out under specific and very strict conditions:

In the event that the items in the order the user has chosen to cancel were immediately available and have already been dispatched for delivery, ‘OFELIMUS’ bears no responsibility and cannot proceed with the cancellation of the order.

7. PRODUCT RETURNS

Due to the nature of online shopping, it is common for the final recipient’s expectations not to be met by the product of their choice due to the lack of physical contact with the item. However, wanting to further support our customers and highlight the benefits of using the internet for daily purchases, in the event of a requested exchange due to product damage upon receipt, the shipping costs for the return are borne by ‘OFELIMUS’. For any other reason involving the customer’s responsibility, the shipping costs are borne by the customer at a rate of €5 per shipment/return. 8. GOVERNING LAW

Our company reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion and without prior notice. For any dispute, the courts of Larissa shall have jurisdiction.

9. ALLERGENS

In our facilities, we handle raw materials and products containing allergens according to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, such as: gluten, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk (lactose), tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, and sulphites. In case of allergy or intolerance, please inform us.
Generally, customers/buyers should be aware that ALL NUTS (due to the nature of the food product), whether sold online or in physical stores, may contain shells or pit residues. The shelf life of the products, as well as their storage conditions, are indicated on the product packaging. Products should be consumed within the time period specified on their packaging.
